All UK orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. All items ordered before 1pm are shipped out the same day (Mon-Fri). International orders are sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Your package should arrive within 3-5 days working days if you are located in Europe. For any non European locations, your parcel will usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

All shipping services will require a signature upon delivery.

You can send your item back for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Items to be returned must be in their original condition. Please follow the instructions on the return slip that will be inside your parcel. We aim to process your return within 3 working days of it arriving on our premises.
